“The Power of Character on the Tech Career Journey”

Many Black students, skill-builders, and aspiring tech professionals have the character and personality traits employers claim to seek but often overlook – grit, determination, motivation, persistence, adaptability, and hard work. Delve into the backgrounds and personal stories of those who succeed, and you’ll learn it was their cultures and lived experiences that developed such characteristics that set them apart.
